As Luxembourg's central mobility hub, mobiliteit.lu consists of two key components: the website, which provides integrated timetables, a journey planner, and general public transport information, and the mobile app, offering a comprehensive and personalised journey planning experience.
The website serves as a comprehensive platform offering a wealth of information on timetables, routes and general public transport information. Passengers can consult the 'integrated timetables' from various operators and access a full search and route planning function.
The app offers a practical, personalised mobile experience that simplifies route planning by integrating real-time timetables and connections across different transport modes. In addition to live public transport updates, it sends instant alerts (push notifications) for timetable changes or incidents that may affect journeys. With a multilingual, user-friendly interface, it streamlines travel management by providing an overview of available transport options, including self-service bicycles and other multimodal travel alternatives.
The call centre
The call centre serves as the main contact point for the public seeking detailed information on public transport in Luxembourg. Available by phone at (+352) 2465 2465, it offers personalised assistance for questions, suggestions, complaints, or inquiries about alternatives to private car use. The call centre also manages bookings for Adapto and Mobibus services.
Open Monday to Friday from 6.45am to 7pm, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 9am to 4.30pm, the call centre can also be contacted by e-mail at service@mobiliteit.lu.
